Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are governed by and created in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

- About Us
1.1 We sell used mobility scooters and powerchairs within the United Kingdom via our website.
1.2 All products are pre-owned unless expressly stated otherwise.
1.3 By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Product Condition and Description
2.1 All mobility scooters and powerchairs sold by us are used items.
2.2 We make every reasonable effort to accurately describe each product, including cosmetic condition and known defects.
2.3 Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect minor cosmetic variations.
2.4 As used goods, reasonable signs of wear and tear should be expected.
- Orders and Payment
3.1 Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2 Full payment must be received before dispatch.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3.4 Title to the goods passes to you once full payment has cleared.
- Pricing
4.1 All prices are shown in GBP (£).
4.2 Prices exclude VAT and a VAT Exemption Declaration must be completed as part of the sale. This can either be completed online at the check-out or over the phone if the sale is completed offline via telephone.
4.3 Delivery within mainland U.K. is free of charge.
- Delivery
5.1 Delivery is available within mainland UK only unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 All deliveries will be via courier and will arrive on a pallet.
5.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to safely remove the goods from the pallet and inspect the goods prior to signing for the delivery. Any damage or concerns should be reported immediately upon discovery, photographs or video should be taken if possible and safe to do so.
5.4 Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.
5.5 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
5.6 Delivery is within 7-10 working days, we will make all best efforts to maintain these timeframes, but very occasionally external factors may impact delivery dates.
- Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
6.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6.2 You must notify us in writing or via telephone within this 14-day period.
6.3 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or not as described. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. The scooter or powerchair must be securely strapped to a suitable pallet. Failure to palletise the item may result in refusal of collection. We can assist in arranging pallet collection upon request, but the cost remains the responsibility of the customer. The item must be adequately packaged to prevent transit damage.
6.4 Goods must be returned in the same condition as supplied (fees may be included if not)
6.5 All returned goods are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from any refund given. Any refund will be made via the platform the original payment was made.
- 90-Day Return-to-Base Limited Warranty
7.1 We provide a 90-day Return-to-Base limited warranty from the date of purchase.
7.2 This warranty covers mechanical or electrical faults arising from normal domestic use.
7.3 Warranty claims must be reported to us as soon as the fault is discovered.
7.4 Return Procedure:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
- The scooter or powerchair must be securely strapped to a suitable pallet.
- Failure to palletise the item may result in refusal of collection.
- We can assist in arranging pallet collection upon request, but the cost remains the responsibility of the customer.
- The item must be adequately packaged to prevent transit damage.
7.5 If a valid warranty fault is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the item with new or refurbished replacement parts, or
- Offer a partial or full refund.
7.6 The warranty applies to mainland UK customers only unless agreed otherwise.
- Warranty Exclusions
The following are excluded from the 90-day warranty:
- Light bulbs and LED assemblies
- Inner tubes
- Tyres and tyre wear
- Seat upholstery and cosmetic trim
- General wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow operating instructions
- Damage caused by accidents or impact
- Water damage
- Commercial or hire use
- Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons
- Consumable parts
Normal battery performance decline over time is considered wear and tear unless the battery is confirmed defective.

- Damage in Transit
9.1 Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
9.2 Photographic evidence may be required.
- Consumer Rights
10.1 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10.2 If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK law.
- Limitation of Liability
11.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
- Use of Goods
12.1 All mobility scooters and powerchairs must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
12.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability for their personal needs.
12.3 We recommend professional assessment prior to purchase if unsure.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- Business Terms
