ALL DELIVERIES THAT ARE SENT FROM OUR COMPANY ARE ON A PALLET, WHICH MEANS THIS WILL BE A KERB SIDE DELIVERY. WE AIM TO DELIVER WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS.

WARRANTY

All our products come with 12 Months Warranty and one month’s free insurance that can be extended. We will contact yourselves after the sale to setup these up as for data protection we must go through the terms and conditions.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

PLEASE NOTE IT IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN THE SCOOTER OR POWERCHAIR.

You can return the product for up to 14days from the date of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packing.

VAT (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

All prices advertised are VAT Exempt and under the assumption the buyer has a Disability VAT EXEMPTION. If the buyer does not have a Disability exemption an additional 20% will be charged.
